As companies scale, creating a consistent 1:1 process promotes fairness, equity and a more productive and fulfilling employee-manager relationship. projekt202 does not have a company-wide performance management tool nor a formal and/or preferred 1:1 process, and this leaves our employees fate to the experience of their managers. To solve this, I created a 1:1 dashboard using Notion and OKRs to not only better track individual progress, but to also train the team to articulate the business value of improving one’s craft.
In addition to the dashboard, I also created a more introspective and thorough values and goal-setting deck to help team members align and articulate their values and goals to make better decisions about their career.
