Worldwide Express

Leadership of multiple research, design and technology engagements to lead Worldwide Express in building their next-gen customer-facing Greenfield software platform. From November 2018 to February 2020, I worked directly with the Chief Technology Officer and her leadership team to guide project activities including field studies, affinity diagramming, opportunity generation and prioritization workshops with stakeholders, UI design, design direction, high-fidelity prototyping, component library build and governance, service blueprints, future-state roadmaps, visual-voice guide, personas, design principles, and project management.
